The Women of ALMA is a dedicated support network born out of the growing call for visibility, connection, and empowerment of women in our industry.
This is more than just a group. It is a movement anchored in purpose, driven by the strength of community, and propelled by the vision of a more inclusive and equitable maritime sector.

To establish a strong support network, a space where women across our member organizations can connect, share, learn, and uplift one another. Whether onshore or offshore, you will never have to walk or sail alone.
To enhance awareness and representation because visibility matters. When young women see you succeeding at sea, they see what’s possible. They see themselves in you. And they are inspired to follow.
